The Webster Early Learning Center (WELC) believes early childhood should be kept simple by providing a holistic, caring child care environment where teachers and parents work together to ensure every child develops and achieves their greatest potential in a caring, supportive daycare environment. We want parents whom love bringing their children to WELC, children whom love coming to WELC and staff whom love working together at WELC. Children on average have 2,000 days between birth and entrance into Kindergarten and we want to make the most of this time. They’re only little for such a short time, let’s make it a GREAT 2,000 Days!!
The Webster Early Learning Center is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, perfectly placed close to RT 83, Susquehanna Trail and Rt 30.
