Webster Early Learning Center's Prek Counts Program
PreK Counts
Webster Early Learning Center provides PreK Counts for 34 children. Each classroom has a certified teacher and classrooms aides with higher education certificates/ degrees. Each classroom is limited to 17 students so every student can receive the attention and high-quality education needed to be successful.

Required Documentation
WELC evaluate every family on a case-by-case basis based on income and need. In order to effectively and fairly evaluate each family, we are required to collect the following documentation. These documents are confidential and will only be reviewed by administrative staff to evaluate eligibility.
